Are you are an adult who seeks happiness, a sense of purpose, or more energy? Needing more out of your relationships? Perhaps your life checks most or all of the boxes, yet you experience it as if it’s still missing something. Perhaps you take care of others a lot but aren’t quite sure how to prioritize your own needs or receive care from others. Leah is an expert in facilitating your exploration of self to enrich your experience of life in both individual and group therapy settings.
Are you a mother or a woman who has recently become pregnant or had a child? Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by managing the intensity of emotions or responsibility you experience in this role. Perhaps you’re feeling like you’ve lost your identity along the way or are unsure of how to balance life and your responsibilities in this stage of life. Leah specializes in caring for women in the throes of motherhood, with both individual and group therapy services specific to these needs.
Are you a man or woman who wants more from your partnership, family, professional, or peer relationships? Perhaps you yearn for deeper bonds or a sense of community. Perhaps you experience loneliness or disconnection during conversation, or that it feels like your friends or family don’t know the real you. Leah is skilled at helping you connect more deeply in your relationships and offers couples, individual, and group therapy for that purpose.
Leah’s deep heart and authentic emotional engagement offers her clients the safety they need to grow their love for themselves and their trust in themselves.
